  • Data Safeguards – No single interviewer will complete more than 15% of the interviews for any one study.
  • Training – Emphasizes in-depth probing of verbatim responses and coding updates.
  • Interviewer Analysis – Interviewer statistics are analyzed, individually to identify any variances between interviewers.
  • Online Daily Report – Via secure client website, clients have access to quota counts, marginals and sample disposition.
